TR Accounting Services began in 2015 with a simple goal—to help small business owners feel more confident about their finances.

What started as a passion for helping small businesses has grown into a trusted bookkeeping and BAS practice supporting clients across Karratha, the Pilbara and Australia.

Meet the People Behind TR Accounting Services

Thilini – Founder & Qualified BAS Agent

Thilini founded TR Accounting Services in 2015 with a genuine passion for helping small business owners feel organised, supported and confident when it comes to their finances.

With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, she understands that running a business comes with enough challenges without the added stress of bookkeeping, payroll, BAS obligations and ATO compliance. Her goal is to provide reliable support that helps business owners stay organised, compliant and free to focus on running and growing their business.

Alongside her bookkeeping expertise, Thilini has also worked in tax accounting roles within several Western Australian accounting firms, giving her a strong understanding of Australian taxation and how bookkeeping and tax work together. This broader experience allows her to look beyond the numbers, identify potential issues early, and provide practical advice that helps clients make informed financial decisions throughout the year.

She also assists clients with a wide range of tax return services through a Registered Tax Agent partnership and is currently working towards obtaining her own Tax Agent registration to further expand the services offered by TR Accounting Services.

Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Thilini believes every business deserves personalised support rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. She takes the time to understand each client's business, answer questions, explain what the numbers mean, and help business owners make informed decisions with confidence. Her long-term relationships with clients are built on trust, reliability and genuine care.

Eesha is an integral part of our operations, supporting areas such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and other essential bookkeeping tasks.

Working closely with Thilini, she is continuously building her practical skills in accounting and bookkeeping, and plays an important role in keeping our clients’ records accurate and up to date.

She is passionate about learning on the job and is always eager to improve the way we support our clients.

Eesha is also known for her friendly, supportive approach and is always happy to assist clients with care and professionalism.
